One of the world cuisine: Swiss specialties

We live in what is called a bubble in Switzerland. The children go to an international school, and the man works for an international company. In our free time, we are in our own situation or with other Finns. Our contact with the Swiss is very limited. Hockey is indeed an exception, because that is where we interact with locals. Our son is the only pure foreigner in the convoy, so we will use force to make local contacts. The man’s hockey team also has other Finns, replika órák so he can also live in Suomikubla. It would be interesting to study the lifestyle of the real Swiss, but it is not an easy task. By reading this page, reading magazines and wanting to know people’s living conditions, you can already get some kind of pictures.

If you ask me, the Swiss are punctual, neat, well-dressed, friendly, rich but not arrogant. This is my current experience. Many Swiss live with very high wealth, but their style is such that it is not annoying. Of course, there are some completely unimaginable apartments here. Finland has many cars and yachts like Toyota. They are accustomed to this level, which is normal for them. In Switzerland, there are also people living below the poverty line, but relative to the population. I want to learn more about this. For example, how does a family with children live with a small income here? I don't know what kind of social security there is, but I don't think it is strange, or at least there is no basis for claims. For example, since the beginning of 2018, a law has come into effect on the basis of a citizen’s decision to prevent life as a Swiss citizen with social benefits. Or he can, but he should repay all benefits.

My text is slightly different from the way I should go. My idea is to write about the local specialties we have noticed so far. It is easy for Finns to live like Swiss, and there are many things like Finland. However, there are some small interesting differences.

Recycling: Grocery stores in Switzerland do not sell plastic bags, so garbage can not be stuffed into local Prisma bags. It is strictly defined here what kind of garbage bags are allowed to be put into the garbage can. Each city has its own bag, which must be purchased from the store. The price of a roll of ten bags is 20 francs, which is expected to make people think about different recycling methods. Our municipality’s bags are yellow, so please don’t put other items in the trash can of our house. Otherwise, you may be fined. The best police officer for this job is also a Swiss neighbor.
lunch time. It is sacred to the Swiss and very even from 12.00. Then eat at home or in a restaurant, with no choice. Many local school children also walked home to eat lunch and return to school. Between 12:00 and 14:00, no loud work is allowed. Also do housework. Our house rules also stipulate that you should not clean or wash your clothes during this period. In this case, I think I am a small person.
Regards. Very good and positive behavior. When you meet a Swiss on the stairs, on the street or on the hiking trails, he will cheer Grüetzi gracefully! Without exception, regardless of age. However, in big cities or crowded places, this is not done, but always meets what people call situations at other times. In loose terrain.
cash. In Finland, my relationship with cash does not exist, even never, and I have not really missed it. The card even reached the smallest kiosk in the final village. The situation in Switzerland is different. There are still many restaurants and boutiques here just to make money. Parking machines can be used in many places, but there are only coin-operated machines, and there are paid parking lots almost everywhere. Admittedly, we found that a parking application (Parking pay) is still rarely used. In addition, for payment, we found that a phone application (Twint) started to be common here.
chocolate. In addition to cheese, Switzerland is also famous for chocolate. Chocolate can be found everywhere, in huge quantities, and there are many different flavors to choose from. There are more chocolate factories nearby. The most familiar chocolates in Switzerland are Lindt and Toblerone. The Swiss like sweets. In addition to chocolate, the shops also grow a variety of pastries. Chocolate is also placed in some special places, such as a roll. I recently bought Chiapas rolls here that looked great, but to our surprise it had chocolate in it. I would not say that it was a surprise.
There are other professions to be mentioned, such as fire alarm or lack of alarm, they will not be displayed anywhere. And they should not be fixed to the ceiling, especially for renters. It is indeed Sunday, which is a public holiday. Shops and many other places are obviously closed. In a cafe, it is best to sit at the table and wait for the waiter. It's kind of silly to go to the counter. It is also familiar in many other European countries. In Finland, these cafes are few and I often go to the counter.

Transportation culture is also worth mentioning. I think the road here is smooth and the road here is very polite, but if you hesitate or slow down, John’s horn will sound behind you. Sometimes, I find that people are very aggressive in transportation, but this does not seem to be a weird habit in any country. The shelter is a safe place, because if someone approaches the shelter, the law requires cars to stop, which is also admirable.

There is one more thing that cannot be ignored by anyone. That is the bell of the church. We live next door to the church, which rang with attractive bells every morning at 6 o'clock. From here, the journey lasts every moment until 22:00. According to reports, night calls were abandoned several years ago. In fact, we are already very familiar with the clock, rolex replica but sometimes it is still on Sunday morning that people think about why this is the case.

There are a lot of little things, and of course there are more things to be placed before us. I will not start to list the bigger differences now, but Switzerland is a very interesting country, for example politically and historically. If you are interested in this topic
